Life by and in the river

Environmental issues form the core of the Kirn City Museum. Under the leitmotif “Life by the River”, the exhibition focuses on Kirn’s location on the Nahe and Hahnenbach rivers. Interactive exhibits show visitors the characteristic features of a river and discover the connections between natural space and human development.

Everything in the flow

The motif of flowing can also be found in the exhibition architecture. Exhibition areas that merge into one another in the shape of waves take the visitor through the world above and below water.
