Head of Design
Ludger Jansen studied communication design at the HTW Berlin. With his own agency, he created graphic and spatial formats for clients from the art and cultural sector. In addition to his extensive experience in the theatre sector, he also developed and realised curatorial concepts for contemporary historical presentations.
Since 2012, Ludger Jansen has been responsible for the visual appearance of all studio klv projects as Art Director. He conceives and designs interactive media for exhibitions and clients from the industry. For him, digital media are always closely linked to the physical perception and interaction of the user and are seamlessly integrated into the scenography.
Ludger Jansen is part of the “Be-greifen” research project, which is led by the DFKI (German Institute for Artificial Intelligence) and explores the potential of augmented reality technologies in a didactic context.
Ludger Jansen is a founding member and was temporarily on the board of the association KulturRaum Zwingli-Kirche e.V. The association develops a church that has been empty for years into an open platform for art, culture and history.
